Yoga practice aims to re-establish our innate wholeness, our natural state of balanced Yin and Yang. This retreat will explore the concept of balance by pairing physical movement-focused asana practices (Yang) with softer, more contemplative practices of being (Yin).

SUNDAY:

  • Freedom of Sound with Brittany Gilmore
  • Warming and energizing cacao beverage
  • Vinyasa flow practice - balancing asanas
  • Nourishing and delicious local meal (gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options available)
  • Healing restorative yoga with hot stones
